The team at Caudalie are so friendly, welcoming and knowledgable. My Massage and Facial from Jennifer was fantastic, perfect pressure and time spent on the right areas. My facial has left my skin glowing and feeling amazing. She was also really helpful with which products to use on my skin. I wish I could end every week with a facial and massage at Caudalie.

I wanted to buy some of their products and the skin consultation was a nice extra. They tell you what you should focus on based on the condition of your skin, which is helpful. The shop is lovely and the staff professional. I've been using the products I purchased for a few days and I'm liking the routine so far. I would definitely recommend the consultation, especially if you need a product anyway.

went for a skin analysis. I find that the method and the result is less-than-informative. For one thing, the 'analyst' put the probe on one small patch of my face (right cheekbone) only. she didn't even move the probe to different areas to get a better picture of the skin condition of my entire face. You can't access the overall health with such limited data. For instance, you can't measure sebum production on someone with combination skin by looking at their t-zone only. Secondly, what the probe did was taking hi-res photos of my skin and compare it to 'the average'. What is the average? how big was the sample data? there was no way of knowing. on the whole I did not trust what I've learned and thought it was simply to get you to buy more products.

I can highly recommend seeing the guys at Caudalie for a skin consultation. The lady I saw was lovely and talked me through every step and you get to know a lot about the needs of your skin. Didn't feel like she wanted to sell me a bunch of things. Will definitely come back and try a treatment
