Utter waste of time and money. The first staff I talked to was rude and made me feel unwelcome. The salesperson who did the "consultation" was pleasant enough, but the whole thing lasted 10 minutes top and she was interrupted twice by customers, once to do a gift wrap.
A device is applied to the skin and "analyses" the sensitivity, elasticity, melanin, wrinkles of your skin against the average. It turned out my skin condition is similar to the average. And that's it! No trying out products, no recommending specific products or a specific skincare routine, no giving out of samples. I can't believe I had to pay £10 for this. Total con.
Beautiful location, lovely store. I came in for an express treatment on my lunch break but they were running late with a previous client and only had one treatment room. I understand that these things happen, and I was offered tea and water while I waited.
I feel that communication could have been better, especially as it was my first time, and I told them so, and I didn't know what to go/where to go/where to put my things/which towel to use. However, the treatment table was hot, the lights low, and the music relaxing. The lady doing my treatment was friendly and answered any questions I raised.
The treatment was OK overall with good bits and bad bits. The pore tightening toner made a huge difference to my skin, but I was left with a chunk of clay on my top lip which I picked off as I was getting dressed. The BB cream was smeared around my face unevenly (and too dark), which I didn't notice until I was outside in the sun. better attention to detail is needed.
I also woke up with two spots in a new place on my face the next morning, which was disappointing and deflating! I suspect the products used were too heavy for me, although of course I can't prove that I wouldn't have got those spots anyway.
