Wonderful place tucked away in Covent Garden. The perfect place to have a treatment in between all the hectic shopping! I have been twice and I have to say the facial is amazing, very relaxing, but it is in particular the staff that make this place so special. They really know all about their products and help in any way they can without being pushy. The French assistant there is just brilliant, fun, lovely and he makes going there a pleasure. Well worth the money, Caudalie are seriously good products, so very enjoyable. The only thing I would like to be added is that a drink ( water or herbal tea) on arrival and post the treatment would have been welcome.

I also had an aromatherapy massage straight after the facial. I liked the products used but I hsve enjoyed other masssages at alternate facilities more. I would definately come back for another facial but the massage was not for me, think it's a very personal preference and don't let this put you off as I am sure many will enjoy!

For me the location of this spa is fantastic, surrounded by the many unique shops of Covent Garden and now of course there gorgeous Christmas lights. The staff here are always SO helpful, and I love looking at the products before going down for my wonderful massage. I even got given some samples to take away with me this time which I thought was so lovely. Top class, as always!
