First of all, really lovely, friendly staff at this easy to find place. I love Caudalie products so was not disappointed with the massage. The therapist's technique was excellent and it was very relaxing. The treatment room is small but pretty. My only (small) issue was the noise - the treatment room is located below the shop floor and, even with reasonably loud music on, you can hear people walk and sometimes talk, which somewhat detracts from the relaxing experience. However, this is very minor in comparison to the overall great experience and I have already made another booking. Also liked the fact there was no continuous sales effort which you get at so many spas.

A great location, right in the centre of London. All the products used, in particular the body oil, were of a great quality. The massage technique was of a high standard and the masseuse was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this to a friend!

The facial and massage were amazing and the staff were so helpful. The products are amazing I ende sip spending a fortune on creams. Only shame is there is just 1 treatment room as I would have went back with friends

Staff was very friendly. Treatment room was very relaxing, the only thing I would change would be the music. I personally prefer sound of waves sort of music and at a really low volume. My massage was well executed and to the right strength. All in all a great experience.

My treatment was exceptionally relaxing which is exactly what I was after. The therapist was friendly and did a great job. The facilities were stunning - very clean, warm and inviting.
