my first time ever going to a shop for a facial; friendly staff, very relaxing and caring. I asked for firme skin and spot on! I came out with firmer skin. There was no big sales pitch, so i'll recommend going, and very likey to go again myself. x

Lovely gem of a boutique spa, the staff were friendly and professional and the treatment room was perfect with a great ambience and wonderful aromas. The therapist was very professional and described the whole treatment and the products being used. Would definitely be visiting again for this treatment and possibly others too.

I had a lovely Express Facial at Caudalie. The treatment was great - very relaxing - and came with a hand massage too. My therapist was lovely and made me feel very much as ease. Afterwards I was offered some of their special herbal tea and given some free samples, which was a nice touch. Only small complaint was that I could hear people walking about in the shop upstairs whilst I was having the treatment, but it didn't ruin the experience for me.
