Central location, they've only got 1 treatment room so yes you might hear some occasional conversations from the shop upstairs but you're in Central - not complaining! The atmosphere made up for it. my therapist Hollie gave me clear explanation of the history of Caudalie etc and what she was going to do for me for the treatment - really knowledgeable and passionate which made my visit so worth it. She knows her products, listened well to my needs (using the right products for what i need) whilst not being pushy at all. Very relaxing massage and well done express facial leaving me ready for the weekend which was EXACTLY what I need. Loved it.
Great location. The venue is very clean an tidy and the staff is lovely. I was given info regarding products and services. The massage room is well equipped and comfortable. I treatment itself was very enjoyable and relaxing. I will be definitely going back.

Really great facial. The staff member tailored my facial treatment to make sure she tackled my breakouts. The products they used smelled amazing and felt great on my skin. Would go again.

I booked a package for a massage and a facial , and I wasn't disappointed. The therapy room is in a small , very nicely decorated room downstairs from the shop.
My therapist was lovely, was offered herbal tea before my treatment and we discussed my skincare concerns. I'm a big fan of caudalie products but it was nice to discuss what I was using.
The massage was lovely, the divine oil used is aptly named and I loved the heating pad on the massage table. After my facial , I had really glowing skin.
The only downside of my visit was that I could hear some noise occasionally from the shop upstairs but this wasn't constant or enough to distract from the treatment. I could have happily stayed in the treatment room all day .
I did purchase some of favourite moisturiser before I left but I really appreciated being given a sample of another cream to try.

I didn't expect my facial tone so wonderful. I can honestly say that it was one of the best and most relaxing facials that I've had, a foot massage was even included, I'm pregnant and extra care and attention was given to me. The therapist was very kind and gave me some samples of products to suit my skin. The shop staff were very helpful. I have never used caudalie prior to this facial, but I am now converted. I would definitely go back and recommend. A*
