Overall, I enjoyed my body treatment at Caudalie and would recommend to friends. Was given a warm greeting upon arrival. Lovely and relaxing massage. The facilities were clean and tidy. Very happy with the treatment offered.

Went for the premier cru facial. Nicely laid out venue that's split into two floors, the spa room was downstairs. The treatment bench/bed was heated, which was a lovely feature in the winter. The treatment consisted of cleansing, exfoliating, and stimulating facial musles and skin with a small roller. The roller(single use, came in a plastic wrap) had little sharp points on it, which didn't sting exactly, but compared to the other facials I've had, this one was less of a relaxing experience ;P I'd say the discomfort level was on par with extractions. Overall I felt I've got what I paid for: professional staff, no question of hygiene when it came to the venue/treatment itself, products I could trust. Will book again provided that there was a discount.

For my birthday I treated myself to a Divine Massage, and what a treat it was! My therapist (I think she was called Holly), was very friendly, informative and lovely, and applied the exact level of pressure I like, and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I'd recommend this to anyone looking to pamper themselves!
