The staff is welcoming and very professional, they make me fell as if indeed I came in for a luxury treatment.
I chose a full body scrub, followed by a Swedish massage - it was very relaxing and the skin felt soft and supple afterwards. The massage room is clean and has good ambiance, however I found strange that to go to the bathroom one needs to go through staff room, which is nothing like the salon.

I at least make this a one month appointment and have done for the past year or so, and it has always been brilliant. Hollie is always like a ray of sunshine and her positivity and her brilliant massages leave you feeling revived both mentally and physically. I have never known anybody to be so consistently lovely (as are all of the therapists at caudalie.)
