Overall it was an OK experience. I felt that the salon could have been a little bit more welcoming when I entered. Nobody took my coat and I was only offered a drink much later. However, I was relatively happy with the haircut. The blow dry wasn't as I had requested but not bad nonetheless. The experience could be improved by polishing up on the customer service, perhaps even trying to up-sell certain services that the salon offers. For example, I would have probably got my eyebrows threaded whilst there but actually forgot to enquire on the way out. The salon could also do with a lick of paint and a few odd jobs doing to give it a more professional look.
