Sam was really welcoming and thoughtful. She made a great job, both on the waxing and on the mani/pedi.
She took her time to do things well and was very concerned with my well-being. The underground beauty room is not the prettiest and lacks of friendliness but the work was perfectly executed and Sam made me comfortable. Great value for the £50 package of 2 treatments. I'll come back. Thanks a lot Sam.
