Catherine made me feel really comfortable. Very knowledgeable and caters fir your needs. I went for one treatment Lymphatic Drainage last week. Felt great so I booked acupuncture. Went today and booked for another 4 treatments😄

About

I really love what I do, helping to make people feel better. I practise traditional acupuncture and a variety of different types of massage, including sports/remedial, Tui na (Chinese) and manual lymphatic drainage (Vodder Technique). I first gained a taste for complementary therapy while in Thailand, and trained there in Thai massage, before going on to learn holistic and then sports massage when I returned to the UK. I then went on to deepen my knowledge over the years by learning more and more techniques, and then embarking on my Chinese Medicine career by learning acupuncture, gaining a degree from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine. I dedicate myself to continual learning, and enjoy doing various extra training courses each year, such as sports/musculoskeletal acupuncture. I offer tailored treatments as of course, everyone is unique, and homecare advice is included as that is a key aspect of your healing journey.
