My feet were soaked in lukewarm water for 30 minutes, whilst one of the girls went for something to eat! Another girl then put a dirty/used towel over my lap and nail polish particles went on my legs and into the water-no apology. 65 mins for a pedi!

I booked in advance yet my appointment started nearly an hour late. whole appointment was rushed. I left with some wonky nail extensions and one of the nails popped out after a few days (my sets usually last the entire month)
