They were understaffed for the amount of bookings and were rushing between appts. My pedicure was good however the manicure, my nail lengths are different and a little rough, and one nail is not smooth upon looking at it afterwards. Will think twice about returning, which is a shame as been going to beauty Box for years

Felt quite rushed, pedicure was good, manicure could have been better. They didn't didn't moisturise every finger or buff every finger nail which was an oversight.
