The atmosphere in the salon is very dry and the technicians don't talk to clients at all, they only talk between themselves in their own language.
The level of cleanliness in the salon isn't great either, the surfaces look like they haven't been wiped in days and the technicians don't wash their hands regularly.
In addition, 2 of my nails broke within a week of having them done.
