Appointment delayed by 15 minutes with no explanation or apology. Overall the vibe is not great, appointment felt rushed and mani & pedi lacked attention to detail which I had to point out. Would not recommend unless you have no choice.

The staff was late to perform the treatment purchased. It almost felt like an “insult” to ask when the appointment would be and the overall atmosphere in the shop wasn’t very pleasant.
Anyway outside of this incident, the lady performing the treatment was lovely and did a good job.
