Quite disappointed with the overall service. The hygiene is clearly not the best. My technician was chatting with a colleague and moving things around while I was waiting. At one point she was even dealing with a customer complaint while I was waiting for her. I never had a service like this before, she has been preparing my nails for less than 5 min (not polish, no hands cleaning). I have asked for a black colour and it came out blue because of the top coat.
I will definitely not come back

I can’t remember if the beautician was called Tracy or Stacey! But she was excellent, attentive, caring and a great full face thread. Very happy, would reccomend
