A very poor experience… a long wait despite a pre-booked appointment, a completely inexperienced technician, a combination of ice cold and burning hot water for a pedicure… would have been a 2-star review if not for the amazing Jennifer who helped to speed things up and made the process as smooth as possible

I had to wait 45mins before my pre-booked appointment started and the salon did not have fans or air conditioning in 30°C heat.
The mani/pedi quality was fine for the price and my technician was polite, however the long wait (without much recognition from the staff) and hot environment unfortunately ruined what was meant to be a pleasant and relaxing experience. Others behind me also had a long wait so it wasn't just me on the day.
