Catherine is amazing! I love her knowledge of all the aromatherapy oils and how to use them to match what I need, she creates a safe and comforting space and is always so welcoming and kind. Not to mention the massage is always spectacular :)

Catherine is a professional who not only relief my body tension and pain, before that, she listen and ask my situation and understand my problem psychologically and emotionally. She helps me to help myself to trust, speak out, and motivate me to manage my problem in conjunction with her comforting and professional massage. The massage heal me a lot. physically I feel ‘lighter’, soothing and relaxing. Emotionally, I feel being valuable and being empowered to encounter my challenge and hurdles.
