It was a great experience and made me realize loads of things about myself and my attitude towards food. Catherine was very welcoming and nice and caring and was listening to what I said. 3 days so far I am holding on from snacking and emotional eating. Have another appointment booked in two weeks. I recommend Catherine for whatever problem or life issue you have.

I’m very happy with the face massage by Catherine, it was very relaxing, really took the stress away. The only thing, that I would add: some relaxing music for even better experience. Highly recommended!
