My first time of having hypnosis. Despite some anxieties about not having experienced this before I found it a very effective, interesting and relaxing experience and in just one initial session I have immediately already experienced some positive, deep-rooted shifts. Catherine put me completely at ease, with a warm welcome and calming, personalised atmosphere and took the time to listen and tailor a thorough treatment bespoke to my issues. Catherine is highly experienced and I would highly recommend her and her treatments.
