There are stairs to the 3rd floor. The place is immaculately clean & the room itself well appointed. I go to Thailand frequently, c8 times in the past 2.5 years, & have massages at home - I know when I paid extra for a deep tissue massage, this isn't what I got! My massage was gentle and relaxing. No shoulder massage at the end in sitting. I prefer traditional over contemporary, that's just my preference.
