I feel like standards are slipping. I pay for a 'wash, cut and style' but haven't been offered a wash the past few times I've been there. There's quite poor time management, the last time I was there there was a 45 minute delay before I was seen, and the time before that I had to wait an hour after my scheduled appointment time. I love this place and these guys, but they need to take a look at how things are running or they'll start losing customers.

Have been going to Castro's Barbershop for 3y now. Always impecable service. Leo has a wealth of experience as a barber, always listens to my demands and instantly knows what I want. Result is impecable. The atmosphere is also great. Outstanding music and chill vibe. Have already recommended to two friends who are regulars now.
