Very friendly and good at nails

I am disappointed as was misold the treatment. I thought I was getting a shellac polish but I fact was a normal polish. I advised that I had booked shellac and showed them confirmation but they advised treatwell had got this wrong. My nails chipped the day after so I felt I have wasted my money. I emailed the salon to complain and have not heard back. I feel I should get a refund. Unfortunately this has put me using you again.

I booked this as a last minutiae appointment as I needed a trim. I’ve been to this salon before but only for beauty treatments this was my first time using the hair salon. Staff here are incredibly friendly, welcoming and polite, my haircut was great, just a basic trim but the stylist listened to what I wanted and didn’t take more off than I’d asked for. The blow dry was also loverly. Although I had a bit of a wait for my appointment l didn’t mind, there were magazines and I was offered a cup of tea. All in all a nice experience :)
