I initially booked for 30mins of acupuncture as I heard it would help ease back pain in pregnancy. When I told Hoda what I needed she actually took time to explain that one session of acupuncture isn't sufficient so I'd be better of with a pregnancy massage. I really appreciated that she took the time to explain to me as I wanted to just try acupuncture for the first time not realising it requires multiple sessions to feel the full effect.
The massage she gave was amazing and I will be back.

My massage and reflexology was incredible. It was exactly what I needed to de-stress and unwind. Best massage I’ve ever had. I felt very looked after and cared for, and there was a lot of attention to detail, I was even given some acupuncture to help soothe my stress. I will definitely be coming back again. Thank you!
