Really welcoming and calm. I felt very relaxed. I had not had reflexology before and not sure the treatment itself is for me, but I will definitely return to Casaville. The therapist went over and above what was needed; when I mentioned what I was there for she also did some acupuncture and cupping, and gave me good advice outside of the immediate treatment I had booked.
