This was my first deep tissue massage so I wasn't sure what to expect but the therapist made me feel super comfortable and did a full 90 massage as well as a free acupuncture treatment for stress so that I could try it out. First time I haven't had a tight back and neck for a very long time. I am also in rehabilitation for an ankle injury and the work she did on my calf helped with that too! Likely to start getting one once a month now when I can.
