Casa Spa part of Casa Spa   Last minute
This venue offers discounts on last minute bookings.

Established for over 11 years, Casa Spa is a family run business that has specialised in the Authentic Hammam, Massages, and Facial treatments.

Founded by Tunisian born Halima Hermi, Casa Spa was one of the first ever Hammam establishments in London that was not owned by the state or a corporate company. This is what has given Casa Spa that personal touch to its service. Each customer to us is an individual and never a number.

The business was created out of the passion of making people feel great and relaxed in themselves. That is what the Hammam is about, it is a cleansing ritual that was created to detox and calm the body.

We offer a great range of packages that would suit all people whether it is a group, a couple or an individual.

The therapist was nice and professional but I didn't feel confortable during the facial. She left couple of times during the treatment for sometimes 15mn. It was really noisy

Very disappointing.
Myself and my partner came to use the hamman on Friday night in July for the’ Two of a Kind Pamper Day with Four Treatments’. We paid £99 and I feel incredibly short changed.
The changing room of the venue was laughable. It had a couple of stools, lots of used flip flops (not slippers) and the cover to the door didn’t cover it so people could look through and everyone was to change in the same small space. The towels were old and there were no ‘robes’ as promised.
The treatments themselves were a few minutes each. For the body scrubs/mud we were expected to put half of it on ourselves as the therapist literally threw them on us in the steam room, it wasn’t dissimilar to a applying a quick scrub in the shower. It was impersonal and rushed and far from relaxing.
We weren’t offered and didn’t receive the honey hair mask/seven oils treatments.
For the head massage/foot massage we weren’t given the option between the two and each lasted 5 minutes, barely enough time to relax. The therapist whilst friendly took great delight in telling us about his council house in Pimlico and how he came to the UK as a last resort as he couldn’t get a visa to his preferred countries. We barely had time to stop before we left.
That’s a total treatment time of 15 minutes and one treatment missed out.
We didn’t feel relaxed at all, I was not expecting to share a therapist the whole time with another two people and for £99 was expecting a lot more. Although we were late to the appointment we were told this wasn’t a problem and not to worry at reception, not once was it stated that our treatments would be compromised. Even if we were on time I doubt the treatments would be any different as there was another lady there who arrived on time and received exactly the same as us.
Not a haman experience at all, rather a small converted flat on Edgware Road (by all the Kebab shops etc) trying to make money through unrealistic expectations set on their website.

I wouldn't recommend this to my friends or family. I felt uncomfortable since the first minute I walked in. Maybe because it was my first time in a Moroccan/Turkish bath place, I found it a bit of a culture shock, the owners tried to make me feel welcomed, but it was just not for me, personally.

Did what it said on the tin! I left feeling refreshed and revitalised. I'll definitely go back and add a massage next time.

Very rude and arrogant owners. Not worth the money at all. You get very little value for what you pay. Staff have difficulty communicating clearly.

The spa is deceptively nice with modest ulterior but very relaxing ambiance. Staff were friendly and the massage was good.

I really enjoyed my experience and will come back again, the treatment lasted a lot longer than advertised which was not a problem I just wish I'd allowed for more time to stay! Also I didn't quite know where the spa was, the address takes you to the neighbouring front door that has a sign on the doorbell saying "not the spa" then I rang the spa doorbell not realising the door was in fact open.

This was my first time here at Casa Spa. I had a fantastic scrub, steam treatment, face and chill out after! Bought the package but upgraded with the scrub as this was not included initially. Best to ask for this if you want the scrub. All great and the lady was superb! Would definitely return again - my skin is still glowing and I feel lighter! Thanks

Well, lesson learned- I should have read other people's reviews on Tripadvisor before booking Hammam experience with Wahanda. What a waste of money and time! The facilities upstairs is very dirty and dodgy- alarm bells started to ring when I was escorted to be changed in utility room- so no, there is no changing room, other reviews are completely right.
The whole place looks like somebody’s house being converted (badly) to accommodate spa- as you come in you’ve got tiny reception with dusty sofas, through dark corridor- utility room and tiny toilet, downstairs in the very dark basement- 3 shower cubicles, tiny hammam and small relaxation area.
If applying a soap and some clay (very small amount) is called “hammam experience”- then there is nothing to be experienced.

Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Having read negative reviews after my visit- I totally agree with them, and have one message to the spa management ( well, there is no management as such)- don’t bother replying to my review as nothing you would say makes your “spa” better place, it shouldn’t be called spa at all- I can get better treatment if I go to my mate’s house, steam the bathroom, apply Boots body mask and have a shower afterwards.
This place shouldn't be called a spa, full stop. Very poor facilities. Dirty, dark, dodgy.

VERY friendly staff who make sure you are well looked after. This is a very authentic hammam experience so expect a good scrubbing and delicious mint tea.

Very nice venue, styled in the north African way, with lounging area and a proper mosaic hammah. The hammam could be warmer, steamier, more intense, and more black soap could be used in the wrapping, but the staff were brilliant, friendly and very attentive.
