Very polite, know what they are doing. A little rushed even though it supposed to be an hour long and didn’t get the longer massage unless I pay an extra £15

My only feedback is that I booked an express gel manicure which is usually very speedy and this time took 40-45 mins. However still full stars because the technician was so lovely, careful and precise! Others here have been slap-dash but equally still great outcome. Would recommend 10/10.
