The salon was nice and the 2 young ladies were lovely, friendly and chatty. The cut was fine, however, when a treatment is done that is almost the same cost as the hair cut, this cost should be advised to the client in advance. I probably would have gone ahead anyway but I imagine the cost would be a concern to some people if they are not expecting it.

The haircut was fine and good value, but the upsell to the conditioning treatment wasn't. I didn't notice any difference to my hair and found regular conditioner better. It was also expensive for what it was I wouldn't have it again

I have been having the services of Georgia Cartwright for a number of years and have always found her to be of an exceptionally high standard. She is very knowledgeable about colouring hair and listens to what you say as well as giving input when it comes to styling, colour and cutting. She is friendly and outgoing and I would recommend her services as well as Carter & Shields as a salon.
