Good manicure as always. I had to ask for my cuticles to be done which has now become the norm - it really should be done as part of a manicure without having to ask but everything else was good.

I had a good experience although the salon initially said they could do a design that I asked about on WhatsApp and when I arrived they did not have the colours or the right size stencil. They tried various things and ended up improvising, so I left with a very nice nail design but not what I wanted. One of the staff members was visibly sleeping in sight and the salon could be more tidy and less cluttered and tools kept in cleaner condition.
