Salon was shut when I arrived, no phone call, rang them to leave a message and they never called me back!! Shocking!! I left early to get there and drive across town. Never book with them!!

My first visit wasn't the best start, as I booked it through Treatwell and when I arrived (3rd Jan 10.45) I was told she wasn't back until the 6th January. Quite annoying.
