The whole experience was comforting and reassuring. I wasn't sure what to expect and was rather apprehensive as I hadn't had a full body massage before but it was relaxing and very therapeutic. All was explained, lights were dimmed and nothing was rushed. I would definitely recommend this massage to anyone.
