I was sent away three times because of some issue with the Treatwell booking system. It wasn't the salon's fault at all, but it resulted in being told to come back twice and then kept waiting for 20 minutes. There was only one therapist on and she was so stressed. The wax itself was fine - if a little rushed! But at least it was over quickly.
