Carmen does a brilliant job on my brows, and is always so friendly and welcoming even when busy. She remembers how I like them shaped, and is always attentive and lovely to chat to. Great little place to visit, nice and relaxed but still has the background noise of the hairdressers downstairs for a bit of atmosphere.
