Carmelle was brilliant! She was so friendly and informative about what the treatment was and how each step was benefiting my skin, we spoke about my general skin care and she recommended improvements which I found really helpful, the experience was really relaxing…I’m typically really uncomfortable at these types of treatments but Carmelle put me completely at ease and made the experience feel really special and like luxury. Plus my skin feels the best it ever has I left feeling so refreshed!
