Visited Carmelle on Saturday 20th December and although she was very busy she ran the salon like a well oiled machine. I immediately liked her because her face lights up as she is so friendly and attentive. I was very pleased with my treatments , I had eyebrow wax and tint , lash extensions and lip filler…. Will be going back for a relaxing facial in the New Year .

Three appointments booked via treatwell. No respect for time whatsoever- doesn’t answer messages and cancels appointments last minute. First, she didn’t have any customers earlier in the morning so decides to give herself a day off without blocking off the calendar. Then, she got ill. I don’t know what her third excuse will be but I attended and no one was there AGAIN. Unreliable service- Carmelle I won’t be making the same mistake again.
