Carlotta was welcoming and put my granddaughter at ease as she didn't know what to expect and was nervous. The treatment room was immaculate and I enjoyed a coffee while I waited.Carlotta guided my granddaughter through all the steps of her nail extensions so she got exactly what she wanted. I will be visiting Carlotta again with my other granddaughter.

Great as always, Carlotta is so good at what she does and so lovely to speak to. My nails are exactly how i wanted them, thin but resistance and they always stay shiny and perfect for a long time. 100% recommended!
