I had the waxing done by Carla, and I genuinely couldn't be more impressed. The work was done so well—virtually painless compared to what I expected. I was really nervous going in, but Carla was incredibly kind, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease. She has such a warm, personal touch that instantly makes you feel comfortable and safe.
