A lovely visit to Carden Park! The facilities were just what I wanted and my treatments were amazing. I felt truly relaxed after my visit.
Disappointing - not very welcoming, very expensive package and I had to pay for a morning coffee on top. No towels on arrival as they were 'still at laundry'. Staff a bit unwelcoming, chill out room and treatment room quite dirty, floors hadn't been cleaned in ages. Pool full of kids all day, wasn't relaxing at all. Lunch also very basic, I certainly didn't feel it was a treat. Overall I won't go back to this spa.
I had booked an early mothers day spa day for myself and my daughter and from the moment we arrived the staff were extremely helpful. The treatments were fantastic and left us feeling so relaxed. The lunch choices were lovely and being able to select what time you wanted lunch was great so there was no rush following treatments to go to the restaurant for lunch. The spa facilities were well maintained and very clean and considering we went on a weekend it was not overcrowded which was an initial concern of mine. An excellent day spent with my daughter and we left feeling relaxed and chilled. Can't wait to go again.
