I had a manicure and part of a pedicure, due to the time with the place having to close, and me not being able to stay beyond the planned slot. The shape of my nails was great as well as the application; however, the drill was used too much, cutting my skin and making my nails very thin, red, and overly sensitive. This caused my nails to bend and break, while I normally have very strong nails. Re: the pedicure, dead skin was not properly removed, so it made no difference. Chair was also broken
