I walked away today wanting to cry. The haircut requested was so far from the photo of a requested cut. I literally felt like a child cut my hair. The minute she cut my bangs to the middle of my forehead when it should have been to my chin I knew I was in trouble. Anyone knows once hair is cut there is no coming back. I can’t say why.. but it sure felt as if it was intentional. It’s hard to believe she could miss interpret the photo to the extent of what she did to my hair. Worst ever!!
