Alison is very friendly and patient to remove my thick shellac done in Asia. She doesn't mind to spend more time taking it off fully, though I didn't go for it as my schedule was a bit tight. Def recommend :)

5* wax. I can honestly say this was the most pain free wax I’ve ever had, was so impressed. Will definitely visit again. All felt very covid secure too
