The massage was great but the walls were so thin! It's really hard to relax when there's traffic outside and a receptionist having conversations right outside the room. I was surprised there was no music playing. I would also have liked the room to be warmer as the towel to cover yourself is tiny!

Worst massage experience.
Room was cold, there was construction noises going on right next to the room the entire duration of treatment. It would have helped if they told me about it before the treatment started as I would have rescheduled or cancelled.
During the treatment, massage therapist did not remove pillow from chair when lying face down forcing me to crane my next sideways. I had to do it myself when I could not take the discomfort and further! Also had to ask to replace pillow once I was asked to turn over (and only a very small towel to protect my modesty)
Had bought a deep tissue massage but therapist merely moved oil from one part of my body to another. When asked to increase pressure repeatedly, there was no difference.
I left feeling disappointed and more worked up than before I arrived.
Would NOT recommend.
