I’d booked the appointment last minute and so I had to wait downstairs for about 15 minutes for the venue to get their ducks in a row. When I arrived the therapist greeted me by the wrong name, was wearing Airpods and didn’t ask me any questions at all before the massage. During it she was not wearing her face shield while I was on my stomach. She wasn’t wearing a mask at all. She ended at least 1 min early and again didn’t say much when I left.
