The facial was ok. There was no consultation at the beginning, as I had been before I had assumed they must already have noted down my sensitive skin and allergies. However one product was very stinging and I ask to have it removed and checked if she knew I had sensitive skin.
Also half way through a phone started pinging through the speaker which stoped the music. For the remainder of the facial I could just hear staff outside of the room chatting/laughing and further pings.
