Warm welcoming and professional masaage which helped relieve the pain I had in my neck and was one of the best massage I had! This is my second time at spa & massage. Both times, the therapists and overall experience has been brilliant and I will definitely go again.

Areas for improvement: 1) room is cramped although serviceable 2) someone kept knocking on the door during the session and the masseuse opened to answer which was really awkward and uncomfortable for me in the middle of a massage, although she did apologize about it (looks like it was not within her control although she could have ignored it unless it was an emergency) 3) bed felt unstable and hard 4) the masseuse nails need to be short so they do not scratch the skin
