I feel like a new woman! Elizabeth has a way with those cups, it is amazing how much of my chronic muscle tension was released in just one session. I didn't know how tight my hips and legs were until Elizabeth worked her magic. I'll definitely be back
I really enjoyed my massage and cupping session. Elizabeth felt present and attuned which allowed me to relax and experience the treatment more deeply. I woke up the following day with more energy. Thank you Elizabeth!
Have been having massive issues with my shoulders and Elizabeth really took the time to listen to my issues and modified the treatment to maximise targeting the problem - thank you Elizabeth!

I had a wonderful massage and wouldn't hesitate to come back again. I felt listened to and that the massage and cupping were being tailored to my needs. Thank you.

I booked an appointment late in my third trimester because I was experiencing severe hip pain and desperately wanted to get it sorted before going into labour. Elizabeth was absolutely fantastic - so friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and she really knew how to target the problem safely. While the pain isn't 100% gone, it has been easing off more and more each day, which is a massive relief given that it was steadily getting worse before my session. I highly recommend her to any expecting mums

About

Elizabeth has 12+ years of experience and over 1,000 hours of training in massage therapy, anatomy/physiology, craniosacral and somatic therapies. She has also completed a BSc (Hons) in Psychology. Marrying her knowledge of both mind and body, Elizabeth offers a trauma-informed and holistic approach to her therapeutic treatments, assessing physical and emotional factors to determine the origin of her client's pain. Elizabeth takes a unique approach to somatic therapy that integrates craniosacral therapy with evidence-based psychological techniques. She is able to help clients discover and release the emotional pain that is causing their physiological symptoms. In addition to her integrative somatic therapy practice, she also offers more traditional manual therapies such as myofascial release and cupping therapy. When she's not working, Elizabeth likes to spend her days hill walking, gardening, doing embroidery, and reading in her hammock.
