The staff were not super warm and friendly, the appointment didn’t start on time, and the manicurist changed 3 times during my mani pedi - all of which I would have tolerated if the end result was good but my manicure is terrible. The gel was painted on too think and not evenly around the edge of the nails, and the top coat is clearly super cheap quality because it’s turned yellow in patches within a couple of days and made the polish underneath it look really ugly
