Asked for trim and reshape after getting gel nails removed. Nails were so soft and thin after having gel nails on (not the salon’s fault), but she trimmed my nails so short right down to the nail bed which is pretty painful on some fingers. After removing my gel polish, my nail beds were filed with a coarse nail file which has removed the top layer of my nails and has left them all scratched and rough.
