Ihad an appointment at 4pm but was only seen at 5pm. I asked for BIAB, and even though I mentioned it was painful during the process, it continued and resulted in bleeding cuticles and ongoing discomfort. I was offered 15% off for my next visit, but considering the experience, I don’t feel confident returning. Paying £55 for this level of service is honestly unacceptable. There are definitely much better salons out there.
