They insist on using the drill on my nails which has completely ruined them, they are now brittle and weak. The nail person then tried to peel the gel off my nails manually (!!!!). How is this professional?

Not so happy with what I had done. I was seen 25 minutes late. At first, I thought my nails looked good. However, I noticed that my nails were uneven and filed jaggedly. I had to file my nails again to repair the damage as the nail tech had created a hang nail. The gel started to chip after about a week which is unusual. This jsn’t my normal salon and I probably won’t be coming back. I just got the gel removed and my nails were very damaged.
